Supply Chain - Project Manager

Job Summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced SCM Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of its global supply chain and price administration processes. This role will focus on driving supply chain process enhancements, managing cross-functional projects, optimizing procurement operations, and delivering measurable business value through process improvement and digital transformation.

The successful candidate will collaborate with purchasing teams, suppliers, legal, and business units to strengthen supply chain performance, improve pricing processes, and support global sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Process Improvement

• Lead initiatives to enhance Jabil's global price administration process.
• Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes and procurement operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase operational effectiveness.
• Evaluate and implement process enhancements that deliver measurable business value.

Project Management

• Manage end-to-end supply chain projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, and performance metrics.
• Communicate project status and progress to key stakeholders.

Pricing & Procurement Coordination

• Collaborate with purchasing teams to implement negotiated supplier pricing.
• Support global pricing administration activities and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Work closely with suppliers to facilitate successful pricing implementation.
• Improve procurement processes that enhance supply chain competitiveness.

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal purchasing teams.
• Coordinate supplier activities to support sourcing and procurement objectives.
• Work with business units to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Partner with Legal teams to ensure Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and contractual protections are in place.

Supply Chain Performance Management

• Monitor and analyze Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Track process improvements and measure operational performance.
• Drive corrective actions to resolve supply chain challenges.
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate supply chain performance.

Cost Optimization

• Identify opportunities for sourcing cost reduction.
• Support procurement teams in achieving savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Demonstrate return on investment (ROI) for supply chain process improvements and technology enhancements.

Systems & Process Management

• Develop expertise in Jabil's Supply Chain Management software and tools.
• Support software enhancements and recommend system improvements.
• Define software requirements to improve supply chain operations.
• Develop process documentation and procedural manuals.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and security requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of supplier information and intellectual property.
• Support internal audits and process compliance initiatives.
• Adhere to health, safety, and corporate governance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management, or Global Sourcing is preferred.
