Tomorrow Labs Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing company in the functional beverages sector, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage its end-to-end supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, warehousing, logistics, and dispatch.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors for raw materials, packaging materials, and third-party service providers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive demand forecasting and production planning.
• Ensure timely inventory replenishment and product availability across Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart, as well as distributor and retail channels.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize stock-outs, reduce wastage, and optimize working capital.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers, warehouses, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities across procurement, freight, and supply chain processes.
• Establish scalable systems, SOPs, and reporting dashboards to support business growth and operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4–7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or Logistics.
• Prior experience in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods industry is mandatory.
• Experience working with a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand will be preferred.
• Exposure to Quick Commerce operations (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, vendor management, production planning, and logistics operations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of building scalable processes.
