Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement planning, vendor management, logistics coordination, inventory control, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management
- Manage the complete supply chain process, from procurement to final delivery.
- Develop sourcing strategies for interior materials, furniture, hardware, modular products, and accessories.
- Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely material availability for project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality standards.
- Track supplier performance based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and service.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and implement contingency plans.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Optimize inventory levels while minimizing stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Plan and coordinate warehouse operations to support project requirements.
Logistics & Distribution
- Plan and coordinate logistics and transportation activities.
- Ensure seamless material movement to support on-time project execution.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Warehouse, and Project teams for smooth material flow.
- Ensure effective collaboration across departments to meet project timelines.
Reporting & Compliance
- Analyze procurement data and prepare reports on cost savings, vendor performance, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations within the Residential Interior, Furniture, Modular Kitchen, or Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and project timelines.
