About the Role

Novo Nordisk is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Supply Chain to lead strategic transformation initiatives within its Global Operational Planning (GOP) function. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain projects, driving process improvements, collaborating with global stakeholders, and delivering operational excellence that supports the supply of life-saving medicines worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Analyze existing supply chain planning processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across global functions to drive alignment and resolve project challenges.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and monitor project KPIs and prepare regular progress reports for senior leadership.
• Support supply chain transformation initiatives and contribute to long-term operational planning improvements.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Consulting, or related functions.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in complex global organizations.
• Experience in supply chain planning, operations, or business transformation projects is preferred.
• Previous management consulting experience will be an added advantage.
