Job Summary

PwC India is looking for experienced Supply Chain and Procurement professionals to lead enterprise-wide Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation initiatives. The role involves implementing Ivalua procurement solutions, optimizing procurement processes, driving digital transformation, and delivering end-to-end consulting engagements across procurement and supply chain functions.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to design, implement, and support best-in-class procurement solutions while ensuring successful project delivery and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Source-to-Pay (S2P) Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Source-to-Pay functional workstreams including Sourcing-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and related procurement processes.
• Manage solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, post-go-live support, and continuous improvements.
• Gather business requirements and design scalable procurement solutions.
• Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and process re-engineering.
• Recommend best practices to improve procurement efficiency and standardize Source-to-Pay processes.

Procurement Transformation

• Drive procurement transformation and digital sourcing initiatives.
• Collaborate with OEM teams to align procurement solutions with business requirements.
• Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless deployment of integrated procurement systems.
• Support enterprise-wide adoption of digital procurement platforms.

Project Management

• Lead implementation projects ensuring quality delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.
• Manage PMO activities, project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Support post-implementation enhancements and production support.

Training & User Adoption

• Develop user guides, training documentation, and operating procedures.
• Conduct end-user training sessions.
• Drive user adoption and change management initiatives.

Business Development

• Support proposal preparation, RFP responses, client demonstrations, and presentations.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for procurement transformation and consulting engagements.

Required Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech.
• M.E. / M.Tech.
• MBA
• MCA

Experience

• 9+ years of experience implementing Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and systems.
• Experience in 6–8 end-to-end implementations of Ivalua modules.
• Proven experience implementing Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Sourcing-to-Contract (S2C), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and related procurement workstreams.
• Experience working in consulting organizations is preferred.
• Exposure to SAP MM (Functional or Business User) and ERP integrations is desirable.
