About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to support logistics documentation review, supply chain process analysis, and quality assurance initiatives. The role involves evaluating shipping and inventory documents, identifying process improvement opportunities, developing best-practice documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain operations and training materials.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Documentation Review

• Review and validate logistics documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers, for accuracy, authenticity, and compliance with industry standards.
• Verify document completeness and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Ensure documentation aligns with established logistics and supply chain best practices.

Supply Chain Process Improvement

• Analyze existing logistics and supply chain workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend process enhancements to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Provide practical recommendations based on real-world logistics experience.

Documentation & Knowledge Development

• Develop and annotate sample logistics documentation demonstrating industry best practices.
• Create documentation guidelines and reference materials to improve process consistency.
• Support the development of training materials reflecting current logistics and supply chain standards.

Quality Assurance

• Participate in quality assurance activities by reviewing and validating supply chain datasets.
• Ensure logistics-related information is accurate, relevant, and compliant with operational requirements.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, document structures, and workflow improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with project teams to clarify business requirements and logistics processes.
• Communicate complex logistics and supply chain concepts clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing subject matter expertise on logistics documentation and operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Experience working with packing lists, bills of lading, inventory registers, and shipping documentation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics operations and global supply chain processes.
