Position: Head – Procurement / Purchase

📍 Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes and material planning.
• Drive strategic sourcing, vendor development, evaluation, and supplier relationship management.
• Lead commercial negotiations, cost optimization initiatives, and annual savings programs.
• Ensure timely material availability while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Strengthen procurement governance, compliance, and internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchase, or Supply Chain, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in luxury interiors, furniture, architecture, construction, manufacturing, or project-based businesses will be an added advantage.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.
