Job Summary

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Head – Supply Chain & Operations to lead and scale its end-to-end supply chain function. The role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, fulfilment, and multi-city operations. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain and operations across procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and fulfilment.
• Develop and implement scalable supply chain strategies to support business expansion.
• Optimize procurement processes and vendor management to improve cost efficiency.
• Oversee inventory planning and warehouse operations to ensure product availability and minimize working capital.
• Drive logistics and fulfilment excellence across multiple cities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and customer experience.
• Establish KPIs, monitor operational performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and lead high-performing supply chain teams while ensuring process standardization and operational excellence.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 17–25 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations leadership.
• Proven experience in eCommerce, Quick Commerce, Retail, FMCG, Consumer-Tech, or related industries.
• Strong track record of managing large-scale, multi-city supply chain operations.
• Experience in building scalable supply chain processes and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• MBA or a postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
