About the Role
CBRE is looking for an experienced Assistant Procurement Manager to join its procurement team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with experience working in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) companies or International Property Consultants (IPCs). This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic procurement initiatives while supporting business operations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities in accordance with company policies and procurement best practices.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and process improvements.
- Prepare procurement reports, maintain vendor records, and ensure documentation compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and operational requirements.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Professional certification or relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with Integrated Facility Management (IFM) companies or International Property Consultants (IPCs).
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, sourcing, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
